Orders within Doha are delivered within 1-2 business days. Orders to other cities in Qatar (Al Rayyan, Lusail, Al Wakrah, Al Khor) take 2-3 business days.

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Electronics and mobile phones have a 3-day return window.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Qatar. You can also pay using your Souq Qatar wallet balance.
